Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Shipping Information
Elemental Prep uses the following shipping services:
Domestic (U.S.): UPS & USPS
Canada: UPS & Canada Post
International (non-Canadian): UPS
Non-expedited orders, including all orders requesting any Postal Service shipping method, will usually be shipped no later than close of business one business day after the order is placed.
Expedited shipments for orders placed Monday through Friday before 4:00 PM EST will usually be shipped the same day; after 4pm expedited orders will usually be shipped the next business day.
Domestic (U.S.) Shipping Info
Elemental Prep offers both UPS and USPS shipping services for our customers.
UPS Domestic Service Levels offered by Elemental Prep:
- Ground: 50 United States & Puerto Rico.
- 3rd Business Day (3 Day Select): 48 Contiguous United States (Not available in HI, PR & AK).
- 2nd Business Day (2nd Day Air): 50 United States & Puerto Rico.
- Next Business Day (Next Day Air): 50 United States & Puerto Rico.
- UPS delivers on a five day business week schedule Monday-Friday.
If you have selected “Free Shipping/No Shipping Charges,” the shipping method used will be at Elemental Prep’s discretion and should arrive in approximately 5 business days.
Shipping charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the shipping charges associated with each item. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars.
Online Store Policies
Ordering Online with Elemental Prep is secure.
We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.
A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your bank limits your total loss and cannot hold you liable for more than fifty dollars of fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
Return / Refund Policy
All Elemental purchases are final sale. Returns and refunds will not be granted, with the exception of defective merchandise. If the merchandise you receive is damaged, please reach out to info@elementalprep.com within three days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you swiftly and provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Please do not mail any merchandise back to Elemental Prep until you have received your Return Authorization Number.
Elemental Prep has a No Refund – No Return policy on all items available for purchase unless the material you receive is damaged. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for assistance. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. If your material is damaged, do not send it back to us until you have received a Return Authorization Number.

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

Place of Performance; Submission to Jurisdiction in Texas
All obligations of the parties are deemed performed, and fees to be paid, in Travis County, Texas, and the parties agree that venue for all matters is proper in Travis County, Texas.
Any dispute, claim, legal suit, action or proceeding arising out of, or related to, Daily Virtual Tutoring, EC Enterprises, LLC, www.elementalprep.com, these Terms and Conditions, or the Website or the transactions contemplated and any arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims) (an “Action”), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the State of Texas or any other jurisdiction).
Any Action shall be instituted in the federal courts of the United States of America or the courts of the State of Texas, in each case located in the City of Austin and County of Travis, and each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts in any such Action. Service of process, summons, notice, or other document by mail to such party’s address, or to such parties email or fax address on file, shall be effective service of process for any Action brought in any such court. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts in the State of Texas, and Travis County.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
