Use the message form at the bottom of this page, or email hello@elementalprep.com. That's the right place for questions about the book, about how the method works, about which drill to do next, or about anything on this site.
Book orders
If your merchandise is damaged when it arrives, email info@elementalprep.com within three days of receiving your order. Our Terms and Conditions cover the full return and refund policy.
Tutoring
Tutoring starts with the inquiry form on the tutoring page. It takes a few minutes, and it books the screening call where we figure out whether we're the right fit for your timeline and your goal score.
LSAT questions in public
We also have a subreddit. If your question is about a specific question type, a drill, or an argument you can't crack, ask it at r/TheLoophole and get answers from Ellen and from other students.
Courses, lessons, and your account
The courses, lessons, quizzes, and member account all live at The Loophole, not on this site. Sign-in help and anything about your subscription is handled there.
