Cancellations

After three cancellations, you will lose your recurring weekly slot and return to the waitlist. Weekly Live Tutoring sessions are billed approximately 48 hours before the start of the session, and cancellations and rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the start of session will result in the full session fee charge. If you would like to cancel or reschedule your session, please reach out substantially before the 48 hours window and we will be happy to assist you. Additionally, Elemental Prep reserves the right to cancel tutoring sessions due to outstanding invoices for past sessions.
